This policy applies to all scheduled appointments and aims to reduce the number of missed appointments, ensuring better availability for all our patients and helping prevent lost clinic and doctor time.
No-Show Definition:
- If you do not show up for your appointment without a call to cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment.
Fee Details:
- A $50 fee will be charged for no-show appointments.
- No-show fees are the patient’s sole responsibility.
- This fee must be paid in full before scheduling your next appointment.
Exceptions:
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may waive the no-show fee. Waivers are determined on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of practice management.
