Growing up alongside family and friends with hearing loss, learning sign language in high school and working with the Deaf community shaped Jenna’s belief that everyone deserves access to communication. She hopes to combat barriers to communication that restrict human connection, learning and daily activities. Recognizing the impact hearing loss can have on communication and one’s quality of life is what ultimately inspired her career in audiology.
Jenna was born and raised in Los Angeles and is earning her Doctor of Audiology from Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. Learning through a Deaf lens is a unique experience that has strengthened Jenna’s clinical skills and approach to working with individuals across all hearing levels.
