Telehealth Is Now Available!
Telehealth is a great resource to use if you are on vacation, or if you simply prefer to meet with your Audiologist via video chat with your computer or have a phone call conversation with them.
How Does Telehealth Work?
Telehealth care connects patients with providers through a variety of methods.
Video Visits
Video visits allow you to see a medical professional from the comfort of your own home, and occur using a safe and private video chat portal. Doctors and other medical providers can evaluate, diagnose and treat many disorders through your phone or computer’s camera.
Phone Appointments
Phone appointments are ideal for follow-up visits, as they make it possible to speak to a healthcare professional even if you do not have an internet connection or video-supported device.
Remote Programming
Remote programming is available in some of today’s newer hearing devices. This allows your audiologist to make program changes to your device from afar. If you need activation or an access code number, contact our office for the next steps.
